Founded in 2008, Dongguan Lihui Plastic Mold Co., Ltd., is attached to Jiangxi Kailide Group, and is a professional company specializing in plastic mold design, manufacturing and mold technology services. It specializes in injection molds, die-casting molds, two-color molds and blow molds. Lihui is located in the famous mold city-Chang’an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 4,000 square meters, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. It has 30 minutes’ drive from Shenzhen Airport. With more than 100 employees, the Company’s molds and products have been exported to the European and American markets.
In 2009, we successfully passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification, our plastic mold covers a wide range, especially in office supplies, medical equipment, food and drug packaging, household appliances, automotive decorative accessories, electronic communication industry and solar photovoltaic and other industry applications. We cannot only provide customers with mold design and mold manufacturing, but also give customers technical support and recommendations about product development design. Moreover, we have a 12,000-square-meter assembly plant in Jiangxi Province, and have introduced an internationally advanced production line for fully automated assembly lines which are equipped with intelligent robots and 3D scanners, to greatly improve the precision of the products and reduce the defect rate of the products. Therefore, the high-quality output of the product is guaranteed, and customer satisfaction are greatly enhanced.
